Island Ambassadors

Our Ambassador Program

Made in St. John wants to make a difference. To achieve our mission, we started the Island Ambassador Program, which supports individuals and groups on St. John who represent the diversity and character of our island community.

In exchange for promoting the Made in St. John brand and contributing content to our blogs, we provide Ambassadors with funds or items that will help them out. Since each Ambassador's goals are different, we work closely with each of them to determine the best means of support.

A big component of the Ambassador Program is the custom Ambassador tee available for the public to purchase. A portion of the proceeds from each shirt sold will be added to the Island Ambassador fund, which will be redistributed into the community. There are several ways this might happen. For instance, one Ambassador may select a nonprofit they’d like to support while another could put the funds towards a personal community outreach project.

For a more thorough description, check out the Island Ambassador Program Information page.

This program is ongoing and we are taking applications and nominations for future Ambassadors. If you know someone who'd make a great Ambassador, check out our Nomination page.  Are you interested in participating yourself? Go to our Application page to apply.
